Sustainability
Packaging that protects your product without costing the planet
Corrugated board is recyclable by nature. Our job is to keep it that way — through responsible sourcing, efficient structural design that uses less material, and a closed loop on production waste.
Our commitments
Four practices we hold to
100% recyclable board
Corrugated packaging is among the most recycled materials in the world. Every carton we produce re-enters the paper stream.
Responsible sourcing
FSC-certified board options ensure fibre comes from responsibly managed forests and controlled sources.
Waste reduction
Trim and offcuts from corrugation and die-cutting are collected, baled and returned to paper mills for repulping.
Water-based inks
Our flexo printing runs water-based inks, avoiding the solvent load associated with older print processes.
Certifications
Independently certified
Independent certification of our sourcing and environmental performance.

FSC
FSC Chain of Custody — CU-COC-893508
Control Union certified chain of custody, valid until April 2028. Responsibly sourced paper and board.

Higg FEM
Higg Facility Environmental Module
Environmental performance of our manufacturing facility measured against the Higg FEM framework.

Material efficiency
Using less board, not weaker board
Most packaging waste is designed in, not thrown away. We reduce it at the specification stage.
- · Right-sizing structures to remove void space and shipping volume
- · Selecting the lightest board grade that still passes transit testing
- · Nesting die layouts to maximise sheet yield and cut trim waste
- · Consolidating multi-part packs into single die-cut structures
