Minimum order quantity depends on the product and board specification. For standard shipping cartons we typically start at 1,000 pieces; for rigid and gift boxes minimums are lower. Share your requirement and we will confirm exactly.

How long does production take?

Standard corrugated orders ship in 4–7 working days after artwork and sample approval. Die-cut and laminated products typically take 8–12 working days. Repeat orders are faster.

Can you match a specific box size and ply?

Yes. Every carton we produce is made to your internal dimensions, ply and GSM. We do not restrict you to standard sizes.

Do you provide samples before bulk production?

Yes. We produce physical samples for structural approval on all custom projects, and printed samples where artwork is involved.

Is corrugated packaging recyclable?

Yes. Our corrugated board is fully recyclable and we source from responsibly managed supply chains, with FSC certification on qualifying material.
